Description

Poor plowing on the ODD side of Dwight street (bound by Edgewood & Chapel). This particular area of Dwight Street has a lot of dense residential buildings. There is NO parking available in this area. The snow is built up so much that shoveling out a spot is not manageable - a plow is required to move the snow from the odd side of the street. Where does The City expect residents to park?
